In order to encourage party member teachers to play a vanguard and exemplary role, effectively drive all teachers to improve classroom efficiency, and constantly improve their professional level and teaching ability, our school recently carried out the ‘Party Members’ Demonstration Classes’ activity. The leadership of the general Party branch of the school led all party members to attend classes and actively discussed with teachers, forming a warm and strong teaching and research atmosphere.
During the classroom teaching, the CPC teachers demonstrated novel and unique teaching design, wise and flexible teaching methods, showcasing a pragmatic and efficient teaching process. Also, the teachers always paid attention to students' learning dynamics and emotional experience in teaching, thus forming a good model driving effect, and fully displaying the elegant demeanor of party member teachers. The teachers who attended the lessons all expressed that the demonstration of cross-disciplinary and cross-grade classes made teachers of different disciplines clash with sparks of teaching, and opened up new ideas of teaching, which was a rare learning opportunity.
In conclusion, ‘A single flower does not make a spring.’ This activity not only promoted the improvement of party members' own quality, further played the exemplary role of party member teachers, but also built a platform for exchange and learning. Moreover, Anqing Foreign Language School will adhere to the party members’ demonstration lessons as a routine work of the school, and insist on implementing it to create a more excellent team of teachers.
